Might As Well Turn The Graphics Back Up

crossover_chickBecause Chester just died TWICE in less than a hour doing Alice. I honestly have no more idea what the hell is wrong with this fucking computer. It was NOT randomly turning itself off before.
-->Still in the fleshy area of doom. Apparently I'm supposed to shoot this grey heart with the Pepper Grinder. I upgrade for the hell of it (to the boar's head of doom) and take it out in like one shot. Hooray for upgrades!
-->Make my way through more fleshy rooms, shooting more hearts. Eugh, this place is SO FREAKING CREEPY.
-->Fight some more pink ruin, claim a Bumby memory, about how we should eliminate memories past their usefulness. I am SUSPICIOUS.
-->More ruin to fight, more disgustingly fleshy rooms -- and then Chester turns off. >.<
-->Go back, reload, fight the ruin and reclaim the memory again, and finally reach the end of the line. The Queen of Hearts is there -- and her face is that of a kidlet Alice! Her hands are creepy tentacle-like things, though. Eugh. Alice admits she was expecting someone else, and the Queen complains Alice has let someone else take her place. Alice says she won't miss her tentacles, but the Queen says she won't like the new guy either. Alice asks if she'll help, but the Queen doesn't want to. Alice snaps that if she doesn't, they're all doomed -- the Queen replies that it's just ALICE who's doomed, that she may survive, just be forgotten. Alice starts babbling out of nervousness, as the Queen grabs her in her tentacles, telling her there's something she needs to see and --

-->Paper theater time! It's basically Dr. Wilson worried Alice might not be able to be cured, Nurse Witless being her usual nasty self, and Dr. Bumby being his usual dickish self. And then. . .
-->Oh God. It's Alice in an asylum. With what appears to be Dr. Wilson and a Nurse (Nurse D) chatting about her, how she's returned like a bad penny--
And right in the middle of the cutscene, Chester turns off AGAIN! *furious* I wanted to see that! You couldn't hold on ten seconds more! And now I don't know if I'll be able to see it at all!
So yeah, RAGE at my stupid laptop. I seriously don't know anymore. I'm off to YouTube to rewatch the Queen cutscene and see if I can see the Asylum one, just in case. *grumblemutter*
