-->As for the "Alice: Madness Returns is AWESOME!" videos -- god, it was frustrating watching this guy play at times! He always seemed to ignore the chat right when it would help him! Also the digressions got really annoying at times. On the plus side, though, a couple of the videos were spent in two of the DLC dresses -- Checkmate and Fleshmaiden. The guy playing definitely abused Hysteria while he was in the latter, though it's interesting to learn you can trigger it while jumping.
-->Tumblr STILL seems to be having problems, so I'm gonna leave a couple of notes here and expand upon them in a tumblr post later regarding Alice, Victor, and food:
Alice: In the first game, she says she doesn't like sweets; in the second game, she's apparently fond of cake; I have her as liking salty things (she'd probably enjoy chip butties); she also likes strawberries as per one of my 25 Foods stories; she hates porridge now due to its association with asylums (and a pair of certain orderlies); she's a decent cook once she learns
Victor: My headcanon has him as a big eater, with a metabolism that basically runs on "rule of funny;" he eats a lot more than most people would think, but has a fast metabolism to match -- it's a Van Dort thing; he's a chocoholic, and also really likes ice cream; his other favorite food is apples; larger doses of caffeine tend to make him rather -- hyper; the one food he hates is fish, thanks to growing up around the cannery; he's actually got a bit of a knack for cooking and makes great sandwiches
Foods To Mention: Wonka chocolate and squimberry tarts for "Secundus;" Victor's multilayer peanut butter sandwiches in museverse
-VD2: Actually, you might want to explain that one here -- that hasn't come up in the Inkwell yet, has it?-
I don't believe it has. Apparently DG-Victor (and I believe Butterfly Boy learned this from him) piles whatever he can onto the traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Typically, he has:
--peanut butter
-->jelly (typically strawberry)
-->Fluff (marshmallow spread)
-->Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread)
-->banana slices
-->honey (occasionally)
-M: I have no idea how he doesn't get sick from those things. They've gotta be REALLY sweet.-
-J: To be fair, he doesn't eat them THAT often.-
-M: Even still! You wouldn't think a skinny guy like that could EAT that sort of stuff and stay that thin!-
Rule of Funny, Marty, Rule of Funny. Besides, I think I'm partially at fault for that -- back when we bought Nutella, I sometimes added it to Fluffernutters, so. . . .
