But it knocked out the cable to our entire street! So we've got no internet OR phone OR television. The latter isn't really a problem (we only really watch TV over dinner, and movies/shows on DVD all other times), but the lack of phone and internet is a real issue. Annoying! At least I've finally made a decent start on getting my Sims Download folder back in order. And got a lot of writing done (I finished "Love Will Find A Way!" You know, that Victor/Alice companion story to "Cinder-Marty." Also got my notes on the Traveler Verse much more organized).

I'm updating right now from the library, which does have net. We're SUPPOSED to get our internet and such back tomorrow (Mom called them up last night), but we'll see. I just wanted to let everyone know we're cool. Now to catch up on Tumblr!

Glad to hear you're OK, Vic. Although no internet, the HORROR! You should get a mobile phone like the one I have for emergency internet purposes. :O)

:) Yeah, I'm grateful we were at least left the lights. Some people around us won't have power back until this weekend.
