Writing up an idea that won't leave me alone in my Overly Plotted Bunnies document. It's another Victor/Alice idea -- the twist here is that, after experiencing his canon, Victor is sent to the Houndsditch Home by his parents to forget about Emily. As a result, he's around while Alice is going through "Madness Returns." You can see a fuller write-up here on my tumblr.
