In other news, first day back at school went pretty well. It was mostly just review for an upcoming test, nothing special. I did get the end of Chapter 6 redone, though I want to have another look at it -- I think it's a bit weak compared to the rest of the chapter. Probably rewatch Alice going through the icehouse again to tweak what Victor's supposed to see when HE goes through it. And then it's on to Tundraful and the Deluded Depths -- rewriting those chapters feels like it's going to be fun. :)
And on the RP front -- on Dreamwidth,forgotten_vows has been freed from Bumby's control in the Alternate Universe thread, but just had a rather traumatic return of memory. The reason I'm not dead? Well, on tumblr, a kind Magic Anon gave him the power of flight for two days, and he's currently taking a tour of the clouds with his "little sister" Alia. Also he got to elbow Bumby in the side and LITERALLY fly away from the guy, so I think I'm good. Butterfly Boy is up to his ears in excitement too -- he's had his first flight on Ferdinand (who in tumblr universe barks -- blame my friend who made a joke about it ^^;), and now he's somehow got to figure out a way to catch his "daughter" Amber before she plunges to her death at the bottom of the very long fall down the elevator shaft. At least he's got the help of Atlas and P-Body, who are trying to catch her so they can shield her. EPIC!
And now I've been meaning to read "Not Always Right" and its sister sites for a while, so later!
