crossover_chick | CAN I JUST TAKE A BASEBALL BAT TO THIS COMPUTER?

I would have liked to have spent this update talking about how hilarious Helloween's wrapping up of his Silent Hill LP was, and how I finally got my hands on a copy of Monstrous Regiment and am already loving the Pratchett. I would have liked to have told you all about happy things, about me reworking my magic system some more and firming up my idea for

mallowhallow and getting NPC profiles written up and working on Chapter 12 of "Forgetting You" at last. I would have liked to have done that.

IF FUCKING "UPDATE 14 OF 16" HADN'T TAKEN TWO FUCKING HOURS TO FAIL TO INSTALL.

AND IF MY INTERNET HADN'T DECIDED TO RANDOMLY STOP WORKING FOR NO APPARENT REASON, LEADING TO THE REBOOT THAT TRIGGERED THE ABOVE!

So yeah. Two days in a row you get me in Hulk-style rage. Sorry. We'll see if tomorrow's any better.

Oh, did I mention we got D'Angelo's for dinner and the franchise around here is apparently something of a shithole? With food all over the floor? (Food itself was all right -- I wasn't too impressed with my sandwich, but Mom thought her salad was excellent. *shrug*)

Update: And this particular entry failed to crosspost to LJ. That's -- actually pretty funny. :p
