*snrrrrk* Couldn't resist. Anyway, your "official" quote of the day, courtesy of IMDb:
Marty McFly: So you're my great-grandfather. The first McFly born in America. And you peed on me.
It was either that or the "Mom, is that you?" scene, and -- well, I just like this line better. Plus it was faster to find.
Very rainy, gloomy Labor Day -- I took the opportunity to play some Sims and -- *gasp* -- make an Inkwell Secundus update! It's a rather shortish update from the Leeches, but still, it's something. I'm hoping to also do the Turrets sometime this week -- though, given the fact that whenever I say to expect an update, nothing happens, I'm leery of making any promises. Still, we can hold out some hope. I also watched some of Part III -- specifically, I'm doing a thing where I watch the events of the trilogy in chronological order. So today I watched the little chunk of time in Part III that took place on September 2nd. Plus a little from 1955, since the chapter starts with Doc55 getting the DeLorean ready for time travel. Tomorrow I'll watch September 3rd's bit, and so on and so forth. I think this is neat, and keeps me from having to carve out a big old chunk of time to watch a full two-hour movie. (Well, except on November 12th, because I've got two climaxes and a pre-credits sequence to watch. . . .Hmm. I should make note of how long the Nov 12th sequences take and see if it really IS comparable to a movie.)
Things that are happening this week: I'm going up to the netWORK RI center over here tomorrow for a little job help (they've at least got a bulletin board of jobs, so I might as well have a gander), and then Wednesday my parents should be spending the day on Block Island. So yay for that. :) Forgotten Vows is also dealing with his parents staying til Friday this week (Magic Anon), so that might be interesting. ;) Speaking of which, I need to get back on tumblr, so later!
