THE QUEEN IS DEAD

crossover_chickLong live the Queen! :D Yup, finished off AMA today -- destroyed both forms of the Queen of Hearts with a minimum amount of dying -- though I did have to do one quick reload when my trick of "charge up the Jabberwock Eye Staff's second attack then trigger the cutscene so she gets crap rained down on her" backfired and hit Alice a few times instead. Still, killed the Queen, saw Wonderland turn all green and happy again (temporarily) and saw Alice leave the asylum. w000 :D Interactive Storybook tomorrow (along with making file backups), and then "Madness Returns" time! I haven't decided if I'm doing a New Game Plus or making a new profile and doing a New Game Minus (since this game is goofy and lets you have all your weapons even if you start a new game under a new profile).
. . .Actually, I should totally do the latter under the name Victor. XD
As for the rest of my day, it's been good. Had the house to myself what with Mom and Dad both working out of the house. Watched some of Helloween's Metro LP on the big screen with lunch (and then YouTube crapped out on me so I had to finish the set on my computer), took a half-hour walk once the weather cooperated a little (it's been looking like it's gonna pour most of the day), edited "Card Castles In The Sky" and some of Chapter 18 up until the point where Victoria makes tea, which may not be right, so. . . aaand splashed water all over the floor when I tried to fill up a pan to brine some chicken for dinner tonight (at Mom's request). Idiot me tried to fill the heavy pan and then move it, rather than put the heavy pan on the counter and then fill it up via a plastic jug we have just for that purpose. I managed to clean up all the water, though, and fortunately I didn't get soaked when it splashed. And the chicken's happily brining away now, so yay, not a total fail.
So! Now I believe is the time I should do some tumblr tags. Forgotten Vows has got a Ruin fight on his hands, so time to see what happens with that!
