Finished Chapter One!

crossover_chickToday's A:MR session was all about getting through Dormy's section -- which looks as interesting as anyplace else but you never want to stick around and see because MAN his voice grates -- and finishing off the chapter with Hatter. I'm still loving the scenery -- and I love how you can see where you came from in certain areas. I could spot the chunk of land I was running around on in the distance in some of the outdoors sections. :D And I still love Dormy's sleepy teapots. But yes, Hatter's Domain is over and done with, and I just did the Billingsgate section, which puts me into Tundraful and its gorgeous sky. w0000, pretty. :D
Not much else to say about the day -- since today is a holiday and I was up late with a friend last night, I elected to go ahead and sleep in today. It does seem to have helped -- I did feel more refreshed than usual. Worked some on my magic system -- got a section for Communication Spells now -- and poked at those two stories. I'm starting to think I should just drop the whole tea angle -- at least until the very end. It's not like they're actually DRINKING it -- I just want Victoria to do something beyond sit across from Victor. Damn it, this is what I get for having a big scene set in a hotel without realizing that it was almost impossible to find information on Victorian hotels. *grump* Ah well -- I've kept my readers waiting long enough, so I shall resolve this, and soon!
