Not anything particularly special, honestly -- I didn't buy anything (saw some intriguing books, including Alice In Tumblrland, but they were too expensive and simply didn't have the cashola. My money went toward lunch (chicken teriakyi from Subway), Dave & Buster's (card points), and treat (Pinkberry chocolate hazelnut cone with mini-M&Ms (they call them milk chocolate gems, but they're pretty much mini-M&Ms and dark chocolate mini-crispy-balls). Had a good time, even if I did end up deciding to come home earlier than I originally planned -- it's just tough to have a good full day at D&B's when the games are full price and you're on a limited budget. I DID hit a 500-ticket jackpot on one of the games (completely by surprise too), so that was nice! :D

And then I spent the afternoon looking up "Equestria Girls" because I saw the latest MLP:FIM comic thing and got kind of intrigued. It -- I dunno. I may watch it in full later, but I'm slightly iffy on it. Parts of it seem good (I read Sunset Shimmer's origin, and that was cool), but others make me scratch my head. I guess it really is something you need to watch to get the full picture of.

So yeah, not the most productive of days, but it felt really good to get out of the house for fun purposes. Ahhhhh. Right now, though, I'm in the middle of a friend's Tinychat birthday party thing while simultaneously checking up on my RP tumblrs, so -- yeah. Later! Happy No-Quote BTTF Day! TOMORROW'S THE BIG ONE.

Equestria Girls was way better than I expected it to be. I'd definitely put it on par with the TV series, but I famously have a fondness for things considered "bad" so take that as you will. :P

Big Backie day tomorrow! You gonna get any of your folks out RPing in honor of the day? :D

*shrug* I wasn't either, and I didn't expect much out of EG because of it, but it lived up to my expectations and was actually pretty funny. But everyone's tastes are different, so I guess you won't know until you see it.

Well have fun! It's been a while since I've watched the movies, maybe I'll do that tomorrow too. :)
