Last Full Day!

Tomorrow I start Senior exams. Then next Wednesday and Thursday I have graduation practices, and next Friday I graduate. *shakes head* Feels so weird to know that by next week, I'll be done with high school.
-M: *looks sad* Too bad I'll never feel that way. There's disadvantages to being stuck forever at 17.-
-J: I wonder what our graduation would have been like?-
Eh -- boring I bet. A couple of BTTF writers have done a bit of stuff about it. Tekva included it in her first BTTF novella (hey, it's LONG) and I used it as a jumping off point for "Fight the Future."
-Harry: What do you think a Hogwarts graduation would be like?-
Got me. *pokes J. K. Rowling* Hurry up with Six and Seven, will ya? Especially now that you've revealed that tidbit about Neville. I know you're planning something, woman.
-Neville: That was creepy, knowing I could be Harry.-
I think that, in a way, you are. Voldemort--
*gasps*
Oh, hell, calm down. Anyway, HE probably knows a spell to suck magic out of people. *goofy grin* Good thing he didn't get your good looks.
-Neville: Do I run, or not?-
-D: You're getting hit either way, might as well lessen impact.-

As I was lying in bed trying to fall asleep, something popped into my head.

If your boys think they have it bad being flying glomped all the time, have 'em picture this:

As you may know, my favorite TV show in the entire world is Doctor Who (herein known as DW because it's easier to type ^^). A few years ago (anywhere between 2001 and 2002 according to my pathetic excuse for records), I wanted very badly to do a story in which DW crossed into the BTTF universe and I wanted to also bring the eight incarnations of the Doctor together as well. Hence "The Eight Doctors, Plus One" was born.

Now, we both know AL knew Doc and co. and that she left Hill Valley under the impression that Doc didn't need her in his life anymore. In the story, the DeLorean, with Doc and Marty inside, get sucked into the time vortex by the Doctor's time machine -- the TARDIS -- and taken on a journey through space in time where they meet up with the eight Doctors, suffer from radiation poisoning, and a damaged De'.

What's my point, I hear you ask? Why am I asking your boys to picture this? Here's why: Eight Doctors. Eight ALs. All who haven't seen Doc or Marty in ages and missed them terribly. All who practically tackle them when they meet up, one by one.

So, guys, think of it this way: It could be worse. *wink*

I actually have that story I'm talking about. I should rewrite it one of these days, just for kicks.

Personally, I'd like to read that story -- or at least that scene. :)
