-->Informed by Doc the scientist doesn't have a girlfriend ("I don't know anyone named Clara!"), only to immediately discover who this Clara person might be
-->Told by Doc the scientist doesn't believe in love at first sight
-->Told that the DeLorean still runs on gasoline and thus they're in big trouble with that ripped fuel line.

-M: *grabbing a pen and some paper* Okay, how do you start a formal written complaint to the people who created you?-
-RPM: *laugh* Museical might actually know something about that, considering the responses to his last Nexus question.-
Yeah, remind me to get someone else out there eventually. Now that the cable seems to truly be back on, that is. (Funny, the writer's block question today is, "would you give up the net for the rest of your life for 10 million?" I quickly realized I'D GO INSANE. Four days with limited access was enough, tanku.)
Anyway, I just got 8butterflyboy8 caught up at charloft, and I'm posting some more of his summer drabbles. So expect another update later. (This one with some new Alice observations too. Saw some weird shit in Queensland.)

And my observations on some weird stuff I saw in Chapter 4 of "Alice: Madness Returns:"
1. First, when taking a look around the final "weighted platforms" area, I saw something on top of one of the surrounding towers. One of the "crying Alice" statues from the Vale of Tears, to be precise (it looked like the one that "cries" Slithering Ruin). WTF was THAT doing there?! Odd thing to have in the Queen of Hearts's castle!
2. Second, when you're in the maze, after you trigger the fight that comes directly before meeting the Executioner for the last time, a "wall" of pink tentacles springs up behind you, preventing you from going back. I didn't notice this the last time, but then last time I also wasn't luring card guards out of the arena to fight them more one on one. Weirdness!
3. Third, don't look too closely at the walls in the room containing the fourth Radula Room. EYES EVERYWHERE. Gah. Chapter 4 is so creepy. . . (Of course, then you get to Chapter 5, aka "Bad Touch Land. . . .")
-M2: How's the replay going?-
Up to Chapter 5, actually -- I quit once I entered the Dollhouse. Decided to get Rutledge over with after I got to the Queen. Chapter 4 was another clean sweep of collectibles. :D Now I just gotta do the same for Chapter 5.
-VD: And then go back to the beginning to get those bottles you missed.-
True, but that won't be too much of a chore. Especially if I can really just replay certain sections to grab them. I'll get everything eventually -- no worries.
