Almost Christmas. . .
Dec. 24th, 2014 11:25 pmAnd it's been kind of a stressful one for everybody, thanks to Mom's job and cleaning the living room and all that jazz. At least there was cookie cake. And the Nostalgia Critic being adorable and hilarious about Christmas. XD
It's been kind of a lazy Christmas Eve for me -- I slept in til a little after 11, then spent a good portion of the day just hanging out, including a visit to TV Tropes after watching the end of Helloween's Alien: Isolation LP. I am caught up on replies, though, which is good, and I have Christmas fic pretty much ready to go. :) And I worked on "In the Land of the Dead," which is a good thing. Really just have to make sure I have decent gifts for everyone Forgotten Vows and Butterfly Boy know on tumblr, and things will be golden, I think.
DragonVale's going well -- I'm almost maxed on iceberries today; somebody gave me a gem, meaning I'm lucky enough to get a Coal dragon (Backflip's doing a special thing where you get this special dragon from the first three people to give you gems, with a small chance of a Diamond dragon popping up instead); Backflip gave me a Gift dragon egg (since I have one already, not sure if I'll sell it or put it on a pedestal); I have a Mistletoe dragon now (Smooch); and my Rift dragon egg's in the nursery, ready to hatch for Boxing day. :) Inching closer and closer to maxing out all dragons, w000~
And there's not much else to report, so I'm gonna see about coaxing out these last 8 iceberries and taking care of any new replies. G'night all, Merry Almost Christmas!
