That's Hurricane Hermine's new designation after causing some major damage in Florida, South Carolina, and Virginia -- apparently the storm is weakening as it proceeds up the East Coast, but we're still under a tropical storm watch, just to be on the safe side. I'm really hoping it doesn't amount to much other than some heavy rain. We do not need a huge freaking storm over the long weekend. I don't want my power or internet messed with. >(
Saturday has been mainly about four things:
-->Another page or so on Chapter 12 of "In The Land of the Dead" -- just some more explorey stuff, nothing too major
-->Sims 4 -- Emmett invented a new lamp at work, did a little flirting with Nikal, and upgraded almost all the plumbing around his house (VERY glad he did not get hit by the "active careers don't act like they're active" bug)
-->Linkara's latest Tandy Computer Whiz Kids review -- actual review hilarious (though Tandy always is because Linkara is merciless in the mocking), storyline segment afterward -- whoo boy, the heat is on! Turns out -- well, I don't want to spoil it, but a frankly terrifying revelation is involved. Eeep.
-->TV Tropes binge on Dark Souls III's page, since I realized I hadn't after Hells finished his LP and it was a pretty video-light day (I'm saving his stuff for tomorrow). I'm actually not finished with it yet -- I stopped when I got to the character page for the bosses since I realized I ought to do SOMETHING on the roleplaying front/catching up with tumblr. Probably end up finishing it (last few character pages and Fridge page) tomorrow. What, it's a long weekend -- so long as I keep up on my writing, I need feel no guilt :D
So yeah, that pretty well sums up my day. More or less typical Saturday. Probably should have gotten out for a walk, but the weather was so "meh" outside. . .maybe tomorrow. For now, I have tumblry things to do -- night all!
