crossover_chick: gif with Doc and Marty trying to get out of being written into twisted AUs (Default)
Weatherwise, anyway -- the sun was out, and the temperatures were -- kinda up? It was still a long pants day, but I got out for a walk, which is more than I can say for yesterday. Tomorrow's supposed to be really cool and rainy, but we'll see if the weathermen got that right. . .along with it suddenly getting really hot again at the end of the week. In the 90s, apparently, damn. I mean, I'll take it, but still. . .

Anyway, pretty low-key Sunday:

-->Wrote some more on Chapter 12 -- introduced three dead kids and came up with backstories for them which I will elaborate on tomorrow.

-->Played a little Vampire: The Masquerade -- Bloodlines, though Harry didn't actually do much -- he got the quest to get the mystery briefcase from Larry (who is freaking hilarious as always), and I left him parked in the parking garage behind two guys whom he needs to get around to actually get to the deal. Gonna try "Nightwisp Ravens" on them to see if it helps -- I need to start using his disciplines more often anyway. Ugh, though, all this stealthy stuff makes me wish I had a character with Obfuscate -- hooray invisibility.

-->Watched the end of Helloween's Penumbra: Necrologue LP -- rather confusing, in my opinion, but then I'm not up on my Penumbra thanks to not watching the earlier LPs of it. Still, Helloween's snark (particularly about how you're supposed to use sand to reveal an invisible bridge, but you can't actually pick up any of it, oh no, you need a special container) was enjoyable, and I'm already anticipating the next LPs -- a guaranteed replay of the first FEAR game, and what looks like a new LP of Haunting Ground.

-->Finished up my read of the Dark Souls III TV Tropes section -- lot to get through on the character pages! Good stuff, though, even if all the "end of the world" talk regarding the plot left me feeling melancholy. Ah well.

And now I'm doing the RP thing on Butterfly Boy, since I have the day off tomorrow. Which contains no Linkara as he's running behind because of a movie, and also no Nostalgia Critic, as Doug recently got sick. This is actually a good thing, though, as it is BTTF time (hah, you thought I forgot, didn't you?), and I intend to uphold my tradition of watching the movies during the next three months -- though I'm thinking of watching Part I instead of Part III tomorrow, solely because I can't remember the last time I saw the movies in actual chronological order. Also have Helloween's latest Bayonetta set, so that'll be fun. Plus Zero Punctuation, can't forget that. Though maybe I'll end up watching that sometime this night. . .

We'll see. Right now, I'm doing the replies thing, so night!
