Well, I got caught up reading some old fanfic early in the day, and going through some interesting tumblr blogs, and yeaaaah. Time management = not good today. Fortunately I did get a few things done:
-->Finished first round of edits on Chapter 1 of "Remembering You." Again, there wasn't that much to tweak, since this one was already pretty decently polished, but there's always room for improvement. Expecting much the same story with the next two chapters -- theeeen we should be getting into some more serious editing. We'll see how it goes!
-->Played Sims 4 -- followed Eric to work at the police station. He had a good day, though no promotion since I didn't have any suspects to interrogate to complete the goal. He's on a new case now, though, so hopefully that'll get him going in his career again.
-->Watched Helloween's Haunting Ground and F.E.A.R. sets -- the former remains delightfully weird and creepy (still love Daniella's chase music), and there was a great funny moment courtesy of one of the commenters; the latter remains hilariously silly with its party-bodying -- to the point that one glitched so bad that it CRASHED HELLOWEEN'S ENTIRE COMPUTER. Oh jeez. . .we're getting near the end of the game, and I'll be sad to see it go. Forget scares, this thing has been comedy gold.
-->Had driving lesson -- parking remains tricky, but I'm getting better. And we did more work with reverse too, so that's getting a little easier. Still working out the best way to use my mirrors, but it's coming.
-->Got queues done on main and Forgotten Vows, and answered all PMs on DW and FF.net
-->Watched "Halloween Wars" -- and there were some actually halfway-decent pieces on tonight! Nothing as good as Season 1, but there were some pretty nicely made figures, and interesting concepts. Gives me a bit of hope that this season won't be as bad as some that have come before.
So I guess it wasn't a total loss. Still, must remember to be a little more on-point with my time. As it is, I have to hit the sheets -- night all!
