Ask me my fannish Top Five [Whatevers]. Any top fives. Doesn't matter what, really! I will answer them all in a new post.

In other news, the family and I watched Bolt today. And it was good -- very funny and very sweet. And the beginning, with puppy!Bolt and his squeaky carrot, is too adorable for words!
-TD: I wonder if anyone's mistaken it for a Pixar release?-
I'm sure some people have. Though, actually, according to what I read on TV Tropes, one of the Pixar regulars, John Lasseter, had to step in and tweak the film because it was apparently unwatchable. It was originally called "American Dog" and had a far different plotline -- Bolt was a real spy, Mittens had an eyepatch and was called Ogo -- all sorts of strange stuff.
-M: Weird.-
-D: Reminds me of how you told us all about the last-minute changes on "Men In Black."-
*snork* I think it's more like the story behind "The Emperor's New Groove," myself (which started life as a far more serious and traditional Disney musical with a different title).
Not much else to report -- Twitter's still being a pain in the ass, though I found a lead on that -- apparently they're having issues with Firefox 3.5 or something. Joy. [/sarcasm]
-RPD: You really ought to play someone. Everybody's getting bored.-
-VD2: You need to write, too. Even if it's just more on the one-sentence couples.-
I know, I know. I'm planning to work a little more on "The Tale's" outline, that acceptable?
-VD2: Better than nothing, yes.-
Good. I'll get right on that.

(Again, ignore the RP journal. IT'S ME I SWEAR.) Bolt is the BEST. I love that movie so damn much. Even my mom liked it, and our movie interests don't usually overlap.

(I STILL cry at those three specific spots, every damn time. Even though I've seen the movie a million times and know what happens.)

Awwww. :D Yeah, Bolt's definitely one of the good ones. And I misted up a few times myself.

I knooooow. The bit where he is running to Penny AND THEN THE OTHER DOG SHOWS UP just starts it off with tears of CRUSHING SAD. And then there are happy tears when they reunite in the fire, which goes straight to OH MY GOD D: *SOB* when Bolt lays down with her so they can die together. Every. Single. Time.

Yeah, and then he leaves Mr. Carrot behind -- and there's that other suckerpunch when rehearsal's over and Penny's all upset. . . . :(

And the fire scene -- cripes. *sniffle*

I LOVE Bolt! I had to borrow the DVD from Charles just so I could watch the whole thing. Plus, John Travolta...HELLO! I still say they should have animated Bolt and Penny singing the final song. I think that would've been so awesome. ^^v

Okay, so I'll make it easy on ya: your Top 5 Favorite Doc Moments (things he did or w'ever). :D

Aww, yeah, that would have been. Though I do like the credits sequence, that was cute. :)

*giggle* Of course.
