More Stuff About the Carters
Oct. 2nd, 2010 04:56 pmFinally got them caught up to the others! Here's what happened Thursday and Friday for them:

Have I mentioned I love this new cuddle interaction? No? Well, I do.

Jack does yoga. I find it very useful for getting him all the Body points he needs.

Samantha kept rolling the want to go steady with somebody, so I sent her out to try and meet some boys at La Petite Lemor, a coffee shop and bar.

Her friend Ricky was there, along with this guy, Alvin. I find it amusing that they're "twins:, clothing wise. :p Sam found Alvin attractive, but didn't have much luck interacting with him. She also did a flip-flop with Ricky -- formerly no chemistry, now a bolt. Maybe she's getting desperate, since she'll be growing up soon.

Trip was not a waste, though -- look who showed up!
No, not the Unsavory Charlatan, the Head Evil Witch!

Never one to let an opportunity pass me by in these cases, I had Sam say hello and share a little chatter. She skedaddled before Her Evilness could cast Corruptus Locus, though.

The next day, Amy sold her first masterpiece! I have her paint whenever there's nothing else to do, so she's really high in Arts & Crafts interest, plus has maxed Creativity.

Later, Artie and teenage Ivy (you can see adult Ivy at Le Petite Lemor, by the way -- and for some reason, she and Holden Heterobach HATE each other) go on a date to Darkness Falls. Awesome club, right?

A joke brings them into best friend status -- a good start.

Artie tries a ride on the dance sphere -- he's Knowledge/Pleasure, so he has an odd variety of wants.

Some hot tub shenanigans -- well, as much shenanigans as you can get up to as a Sim Teen -- leads to love on Ivy's part.

Artie gets out to go to the bathroom, only to be distracted by Beautificus Locus! The Head Good Witch has arrived! Since I'm focused on the date, I just have him say a quick hello so she'll be in his relationships panel.

The date ends at Good, with Artie in love and them deciding to go steady. (Samantha must be so jealous.) Ivy later leaves him a nice bonsai tree as a gift.

Amy successfully studies fire prevention. She also knows lifelong happiness. Gotta love these weird little extra skills.
They've been busy little beavers, haven't they? And I haven't even mentioned I upgraded the house some and gave Jack a violin so he could indulge his love of Music & Dance. (Incidentally, Samantha also has Tinkering as her OTH. I haven't discovered Amy's yet.) Now that they're all settled, maybe I can start working on the Inkwell Secundus guys some more. . .
