Sorry about the radio silence, so to speak, it's been a bit of a tough one. But hey, I have three whole days off! Even if I do have to spend part of them doing homework (new papers and all), it's still something!

Anyway, not much to report. Watched Toy Story with the family over supper. Boy, was that a trip. Also updated

revison_doc here. I actually have been fussing around with the house a bit, trying to find a way to fit everything and drain off some of that excess cash they have lying around. Maybe I'll have them buy an expensive vacation house and take a nice expensive vacation.

$352,000, approx. And that's AFTER me buying them a shit load of expensive new stuff.

Those top level jobs pay a lot, let me tell you. It's not too hard to get very rich in The Sims 2, if you handle it right.
-RPD: Didn't you also use "motherlode" on that family?-
Yeah, but that was all for furnishings. When it came to actual cash, they were scraping by for a while. It's still a remarkable contrast between them and the families in Eureka or Inkwell Secundus. Most of them are struggling to get by.
-TTV: With the notable exception of the Van Dorts.-
That's only because I really wanted that house and didn't go completely crazy on furnishings. We'll have to see how things proceed from here.
Anyway, I think I'll go find something to read online. Maybe there's something Sims-related, now that I've got my mind on it. . . .
