Holy Crap A Sims Post

Victor has his first date with Alice! But thanks to my game being a butt they don't fall in love. Hmph. I'd ask how long until The Sims 4, but I'm pretty sure this laptop wouldn't run it.

Not much else to report regarding today -- been quiet. I did hatch my Heat dragon, which came with the name Sol -- thought that was more appropriate for a Sun dragon, so I ended up naming him Celcius -- wait, it's spelled Celsius, isn't it? *fixes that* Speaking of Sun dragons, that's what my two-dayer ended up being. *grump* Well, at least it's 2 million once it finishes incubating. I also have a Meadow cooking in the Nursery, alongside my Hypnotic. And I've got Menolly and Cecil trying for the Aquamarine -- first attempt was a Mud, now they're making a Mountain. I plan to gradually level them up with each attempt to increase my chances.

New DragonVale release news -- they now have a Mardi Gras dragon, appropriately named the Carnival dragon. You get it by breeding a Pepper with something that has the Earth element. Got Anna and Geo going for it -- first try gave me yet another Poison (grump), but this next attempt is the right number of hours. Problem is, it's also the right number for a Moss. Just have to wait and see! I bought the appropriately-linked decoration -- it's a colorful Mardi Gras tent. Rather cute, honestly. I also got a Giant Lightning Habitat -- gonna get some more gems and then get a Giant Cold. What can I say -- I honestly like the Giant Habitats, and I think they're worth the gems. Great for saving a bit of habitat space!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Alice have black/dark brown hair? Why is it red in Sims?

Anyways, my first try for the Carnival was a Moss. Second try is an Obsidian. I haven't seen anything on how long it's gonna be around yet. I hesitate to use all the lovely DraconCash (28mil+) I've saved up to make treats to level Scales and Fang up, but I suppose it's easy enough to make money (if time consuming).

And Rooty won a Silver (pushing me to level 27). Threw Jimmy into Metal.

The Platinum dragon's done incubating so now it has another 49 hours to go in the Nursery and my next try for the Aquamarine is giving me a Mountain instead.

She does, as exemplified in A:MR -- but I made that Alice BEFORE A:MR, and I'm actually pretty sure it came with that red hair. . .either that or I was a dumb and wanted red hair despite her hair clearly being darker than that even in the first game. Maybe I'll have her dye it when I hit the Liddell household.

*snrrrks* My first try for the Carnival was a Poison -- but guess what my second and third tries were/are? XD And my Menolly and Cecil made me a Mountain too! XD They're currently making another Mud, which has the annoying side effect of Anna and Geo, my Carnival-attempts pair, having to wait for a free space in the nursery later. Darn Sun egg taking forever to get ready. . .why do they even HAVE to incubate, why can't we just sell them right away if they're not one we want??

I'm actually almost at 47 mil myself -- been saving diligently so I can buy more stuff. Might drop a bit on Beanstalks later though. Also hatched my Hypnotic and Meadow earlier -- former I named Mesmer, latter I kept the given name of Gardina.
