Rain, But Also Warmth

Which is a major improvement on yesterday where it was rainy and cold. We were supposed to get thunderstorms, but none ever materialized. Interestingly, I threw one at Forgotten Vows on his tumblr as he tried to celebrate May Day, and one of the responses has him looking for the spell "Command the Clouds." I wrote this shortly before I had to leave to catch my bus.

When I got outside, the clouds were beginning to break up. Apparently Victor's just that good. XD

Reports of the day -- the Emerald dragon is live in DragonVale, so I've got my Lichen Simon and my Crystal Quartz working on that. My Lapis egg should hatch shortly before I go to bed, and I should know what kind of Snowy Gold I'm getting around then. In Hearthstone, I won two more matches as Valeera and fulfilled another quest (win two matches as either the Rogue or the Druid; Valeera's the Rogue) -- though the second win was because my opponent left. I suspect he had connection troubles, as he pretty much skipped a turn. RPing's been pretty steady, with a whole glut of replies for me on tumblr when I came back this evening. All in all, not too bad a day. Just give me the sun back and I'd consider this a decent start to May.

So Tellurian won a Gold and I threw Blossom into Cold.

Speaking of Blossom, I figured out that she could live on the Air/Cold Island without taking a negative hit, so I put Fluffy into the Large Light and put Blossom in its place in the Large Cold. I'll have to re-take the picture later on once she's out of the Colosseum.

I'm home waiting for my phone. I know it's coming regular mail and I know our mail comes in the afternoon but I don't know exactly when. This wait is killing me. x_x

Bluster got me a Gold, and Steve's taking on Cold.

I've actually been considering rearranging some of my dragons too -- Attar would probably be better served in the Giant Air habitat, and I could probably afford to mix up a few others as well. I'm trying to put all the highest earners in the Giant Habitats since those earn the most money.

Also failing at the Emerald, though I did end up upgrading the Epic Breeding Island to the Epic Breeding Sanctuary.

And a quick pop in to say I did sacrifice 100 of my gems for the Dragonsai Gifting Tree only because I have exactly 6 people on my list and I kept forgetting who got the gifts when, so now I can just give all at once. I'm still gonna wait for the whole 700 to upgrade the Breeding Cave, EBI and all the sections of the Gemstone Island at once because I'm a hoarder like that.

Ahhh, cool. I'm still waiting on that -- my friends list totals four, with one an abandoned park and another I'm starting to suspect is also an abandoned park. (Kind of sad, honestly). But LOL, I sympathize with your hoarder tendencies. I just wanted to get the Island upgraded for the quicker breed times and better rare chances. (Not that I've needed the help lately. . .)
