Emerald Get!

crossover_chickGot the -- well, in my case it was a "one day 48 minutes" notice because I recently upgraded my Epic Breeding Island to the Epic Breeding Sanctuary, but same difference in the end. The May Gemstone is on its way -- and on Alice's birthday, no less! The emerald makes a good birthstone for her, doesn't it?
Speaking of Alice, party at the Inkwell, as per usual. I also did some more editing on "Forgetting You," and I do plan on watching some clips from the game at some point. Also wore my Alice shirt today, along with my TB's AiW hoodie for a bit. :) I take my big four's fictional birthdays seriously. XD
The weather cooperated enough for me to both get a celebratory milkshake and to take a walk -- warm, but WINDY! Fortunately if you stayed in an area with a lot of trees it didn't hit you too bad. I'm very glad I got a chance to get out -- the warmth was more than enough to make up for the gusts. About time the weather started getting somewhere near halfway decent! Yanked the plastic off the windows and took the flannel sheets off my bed at last. Spring be here!
Nothing else really of note -- watched the last Helloween video (him finishing off "The Suffering 2," which he seems to consider his worst game of all time), got my ass kicked in Hearthstone (I'm tempted to make a deck full of Taunt minions just because I never seem to have them when I need them), and now I'm gonna catch up on the rest of my tags before a new school week starts. So yeah. Have a lovely evening, everyone!

Same old, same old. DragonCash is 173,553,640 and gems is 504.
I think I missed out on an Emerald try or two because my one fail ended around when the night ride was going on and it poured for an hour and fifteen minutes of the hour and a half were out there. Despite my phone being in a waterproof case I didn't want to bring it out since my gloves were soaked and when we got back I was just focused on getting through the rest of the night (and getting dry) so I didn't think about it until I got home.
And the late update is because I was busy doing dishes and laundry and wanting to get in a viewing of Return of the Jedi for Star Wars Day plus Mom is sick so I needed to entertain Antoinette (who is also still a little sick from Friday) so she wouldn't climb all over her like she usually does. Antoinette actually wound up going to bed a half hour early because she was falling asleep sitting in the living room.
Rambly-rambly...I'll get AL into the party before I go to bed.

Ahhh, I see. Certainly can't fault you for not wanting to bring your phone out in that water, waterproof case or not! I'd be terrified too. Just remember, you've got the whole month to work with. :)
Ahh, I see! Fair enough on all counts. :) Poor your mother and Antoinette, though -- being sick sucks. Hope they feel better soon!

And no Emerald yet. I'm ever so slightly tempted to just buy it while that sale is going on only for the reason that I want to name it in Chuck's memory. I probably won't; I do want to try to breed everything legitimatelly(sp?) before I go start spending gems that way.
Speaking of, gem count is 511 and DC is 171,996,744. Mother's Day is Sunday so they're probably gonna re-release the Bouquet dragon again soon.

Awww, I see. Still, like I said, you do have the whole month. And I understand the want to breed stuff legit -- that's more fun than just buying it.
Gems for me are 324 and DC is 179,042,248. And I wouldn't be surprised if the Bouquet Dragon pops up today or tomorrow. Flower + Water! (Need to think up a good Mother's Day present too, while I'm thinking of it. . .)
