Surprisingly Improved Tuesday

crossover_chickNo major problems getting to school (the bus we were on did have some mechanical problems, but they were pretty much confined to the signs); was able to catch up on a bunch of stuff thanks to class being a bit slow (again, me finishing some stuff before everybody else); remained pretty much on top of all RP threads; got a nice chunk written for "In The Land of the Dead" -- biggest disappointment was my afternoon bus coming 15 minutes late, but the day was nice enough that waiting wasn't a huge deal. So yeah, big improvement on Monday.
In gaming news:
-->Won one, lost one in Hearthstone with Gul'dan. Creamed a Jaina, but a Rexxar ended up getting me on the ropes. Still, unlocked more of his cards, so I can't complain.
-->DragonVale is FINALLY cutting me a break -- I got the Kite last night before going to bed (just in time too, it's Last Call), and just a little bit earlier Fluffy and Bubbles FINALLY decided to give me a Pearl. At last. I'm currently working on a Current dragon, and once my Gemstone breeders are done, I'll be trying for the Firework dragon that was just released. Probably throw a Fire together with an Air/Metal to double-try for the Sulfur while I'm at it. Also, Moon hatched, did indeed name it Galileo. Makes two full Moon habitats I have now! One day I'll get my other Sun dragon out of storage. . .
All right, time to do a few more replies. Incidentally, got my mouse working again -- sort of. If I have the cord a certain way, it works. *shrug* Awkward, but it saves me from having to buy a new mouse right away.

The Seasonal came with the name Greeshma and that's just too bizarre not to keep, lol. The Blue Moon's in the Nursery and should hatch by tomorrow afternoon.
I started trying for a Crypt but no luck so far. At least the only fail is only a little over 4 and a half hours so it won't be long before I can try again.
I'll be back later with the Colosseum. Edit: Crap, forgot about it. Gogo won a Gold and I put Vater into Metal.

Date: 2014-06-25 09:58 pm (UTC)*looks it up* It's actually an Indian word meaning "Season," so, yeah, appropriate! :P My Kite hatched this afternoon and came with the name Gale -- talk about perfect! :)
No luck on the Firework yet, but I'll just keep at it.
Will tell you about my Colosseum and the like later. Seriously thinking of just skipping an event so it's not ending so late anymore.
EDIT: Ent won a Gold, Mercury's in Metal. DC: 351,980, 447; G: 328. And food's over 4 mil and I just hit level 39, for what it's worth.
