Well, Would You Look At That
Jun. 29th, 2014 09:26 pmEven with Saturday being almost a total wash thanks to it being the first day of my period, I got almost all the items on my to-do list done! :D

-->Wrote up DG-Victor's adventure saving Victoria from Barkis: Cleaning Up Loose Ends
-->Since Victor's friend Manny on tumblr was interested in seeing what the book could do, I sent her an ask with Victor willing to demonstrate, so that thread's on its way
-->Made a new landing page for 25 Foods Secundus Prompts for Secundus Sunday, as well as put up the first of the fics -- remember Mustard? XD
-->Cashed the housesitting check so I have money available
Only things I haven't done are "get the new mouse" and "get Magical Monday sorted" -- and while I don't know if I'll have a new spellbook page up, I've got some ideas that I can probably quickly pop in before I go to bed tonight.
Not much happening in DragonVale atm -- though did I tell you guys I got the Firework dragon? :) I named him Kaboom. I also hatched my Current today -- he came with the name Nemo. :D Now I can finally start working the Jade, since the habitat won't be empty! Also might do some more Dark dragons -- we'll see.
Hearthstone -- lost one with Gul'dan, then won one each with Gul'dan and Thrall. The latter was kind of a close think -- I was up against an Anduin, and he was hitting me with a lot of taunt minions near the end. I got him down to one health (he'd traded his heal ability for an offensive one), but then he threw up a pretty burly taunter --
And then I remembered I had the Leper Gnome. Which, upon death, hits the opposing hero with two damage. :D Hooray for knowing just how to win! :) And after all those looses I've been dealing with lately, I could use two wins in a row.
Not too much else to say -- weather's been good, got in a nice walk. Looking forward to Linkara's 300th episode tomorrow and my three-day 4th of July weekend. And I have the house to myself tomorrow since my parents are going away for their anniversary, yay. :) Right now, I guess I'll just go back to doing replies and prepping myself for the week ahead.
