Another Day, Another Late Bus

I'm just -- amazed that there have apparently been this many accidents in RI in such a short time period (since that is generally the explanation given for late buses). I'm also pretty much done with this nonsense. If this is going to be the new norm, I might as well switch my hours back to normal. Then I'll have my morning half-hour to check e-mail and such again, and I won't feel like I'm wasting precious free time standing at the bus stop. Not that I expect the 4:38 to be any better about coming on time anymore either, but still. At least I'm used to that bus's bullshit.

I managed to get home at about 5:30, which wasn't too bad. Had supper, caught up on tumblr, then got the latest chapter of "In The Land of the Dead" up, along with that minor update to Chapter 8 explaining where Arthur and Lorina were. You can read Chapter 9 on FF.net, on AO3, or on my website. As I mentioned, the beginning's totally new -- actually, a good chunk of the chapter is totally new, though I was able to reuse a lot of crowd banter in the Ball & Socket. Now we have to see where the new version of the Elder Gutknecht chapter takes us.

Not much else to report -- work was kinda boring, honestly. Even the part that I expected to be tricky wasn't really. At least I only have a half-day more. . . And then I have Friday afternoon through Monday off, w00~ Plan to get some vampiring and Simming done, plus catch up on all my videos and then some.
