crossover_chick: Doc in goggles and holding a big old plug with the words "feeling sparky..." (BTTF: feeling sparky/creative)
Still some stress issues at work, but lower ones -- no "oh cripes this is a major problem" issues, just "Hey can do this? Hey I need you to do that. Hey here's a thing. Hey hey hey" -- which can also be annoying, but not nearly as bad. I also got in a lunchtime walk (though it was a little colder than I usually like -- then again, supposed to be freaking FREEZING over the weekend, so I need to get this in while I can!), had a bit more candy than usual, and had a SHOCKINGLY EASY ride home. As in, I cruised through three green lights to the highway. O.o This -- does not happen in November?? I mean, I'm super glad, I got home nice and early for a change, but wow.

Evening has been better too, mainly because:

A) My computer has been behaving itself in stark contrast to yesterday (still don't know what happened with Firefox)

B) I buckled down and got my Victor Luvs Alice queue done EARLY, because I already knew what I wanted to post for the next three days. Result? I'm sorted through the first half of Sunday, meaning I don't have to worry about the queue again until Saturday evening. Go me.

So THAT'S a load off my mind. Additionally:

-->I got another page on "Londerland Bloodlines" -- still working my way through the tutorial! Alice has a few people left to sneak around/stealth kill as she finally tries out her Disciplines properly. Then it's going to Santa Monica (with a stop to get her a new outfit -- the one she's wearing is basically done -- and back at her hotel so she can pick up her things), and we start the game proper! We'll see how long THAT takes me. XD

-->I had a quick GrayStillPlays marathon, featuring The Circle, about being a single mother working three jobs to support her kids (Gray gambled on a lot of choices revolving around being an asshole, fed his kids tons of ice cream, and somehow managed to survive a week without getting arrested for a felony :p); The Bridge of Life, a "the random outcomes to these few key choices in your life determines how it all turns out -- but you're dying early from lung cancer no matter what, soooo. . ." (Gray basically lived many horrible lifetimes where no one came to his deathbed as everyone hated him -- the best outcome was helping a hacker steal all his workplace's money, getting the promised cut, and then moving to the Bahamas XD); and Suggestion Box, where the random suggestions you can get for your company can literally break the space-time continuum sometimes (instant ramen noodles that are, shockingly, actually instant. Also we gave a fish a newspaper job, ADVERTISED A PYRAMID SCHEME, and caused our phones to turn on us by making them dumber and, thus, want to talk about politics. It was great XD).

-->Oh, and I rewatched the newest Discover University trailer -- it dropped yesterday, but -- we know how yesterday went. It looks interesting -- seems like there's a fair bit you can actually do at University! :D We'll see what it actually looks like in person, but I'm hopeful for a decent pack. Really, I just want my Valice college AU save file now :p

And I'm all caught up on everything for the moment, so -- two seconds to just sit and breathe! I like. :) Gives me hope the end of the week won't be so bad. Time to wrap up what I'm doing and head to bed at a decent hour. Night all!
