crossover_chick: Doc snoozing on his couch (BTTF: exhausted)

-->My iPad wouldn't connect to the wifi when I first turned it on -- it took two tries of me turning it off and on again and inputting the password to get it to finally find the network

-->My computer froze twice when I tried to play The Sims 4 (don't know why, it's been running fine otherwise, was too frustrated to try and figure it out)

-->DragonVale was being a bitch about letting me collect new eggs almost an hour into when it rolled over this afternoon (around 1)

So yeah, I was kind of frustrated and cranky this morning. Fortunately the weather was pretty much gorgeous today (got up to 64F), so I was able to get away from annoying electronics and go for a nice walk, where I picked up gum (which I haven't had in ages) and a small thing of Cadbury Mini-Eggs (which I also haven't had in ages and are my favorite candy ever). Catching up with NC (Cats & Dogs review -- I remember seeing that movie, and maaan was it bad), Helloween (finishing up the Drakenguard 3 DLC with how Zero ended up paired with Michael -- kinda funny, but very sad at the end; another bit of Call of Cthulhu, with a shockingly tense chase sequence near the end (made hilarious by Helloween's frantic commentary); and another bit of Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water which featured Grandma Scooby Doo Villain), Zero Punctuation (Far Cry: Primal which looks and sounds made of silly), and LGR (latest stuff pack for The Sims 4, which does not particularly look worth the money; and the story of Darkspore, an always-online action RPG that recently got its servers pulled, prompting anger on the part of LGR about people not being able to keep games they've paid for) helped a lot too. And I managed to get a bit more written on "Remembering You" and get my last Winter Bingo Card up on my site, so not an entirely bad day, hurrah.

However, I've still got stuff to answer and I'm running pretty late in regards to getting to bed, so I can't linger. Just gotta get through this next week. . .the four-day weekend is in sight. . .night all!
