crossover_chick | Pretty Good Day Overall

There was a "Day of Recollection" offsite at work -- as it was explicitly religious, I opted not to go. Result -- I had the office almost entirely to myself! Only one other coworker around, and she was doing her own thing in the back offices, soo yeah. I did imports and check scan and all that, took what few phone calls came through, and listened to the radio. Even got to go home a half-hour early. :) So that was nice. And the weather was absolutely beautiful -- I mean, it had to be in the high 70s today. I took my usual lunch walk and it was just soooo nice. . .

Also got Chapter 5 of "Losing You" Remastered Edition up! See it on FF.net, on A03, or on my site. Quite like the new beginning there, and the general improved tone of it overall. Makes me feel that I've really come into my own as a writer at last. So that was nice too.

Not nice -- having to deal with shit crashing all evening. Fallout Shelter is the worst offender -- I know my vault is getting big, and it doesn't happen all the time, but it was really annoying tonight. DragonVale did it a few times too -- I wish I knew exactly what the cause was so I could make it stop! I was HOPING to get to bed a bit earlier, but because I was fighting with those two games so I could actually DO a couple of things in them. . .

Well, whatever. I'm gonna answer my last few things, then go to bed. Tomorrow's Friday, and while the weather might be shitty, at least I'll have the weekend to look forward to. Night all!
