Taking A Weekend Off

crossover_chickAt least, off the RP side of tumblr -- it's been a semi-rough week (at least concerning the traffic coming home, MORE slowdowns today), and what with having a dentist appointment on Saturday that I'm planning on turning into a mall trip once I'm done. . .yeah, I wasn't feeling much up to actual RPing lately. This'll give me some time to recharge my batteries and just be lazy. Not like I won't be able to catch up some over the long weekend coming up. And I'll still be drafting some replies so I can just pop my queue up when it's time to get back to work. It'll just be nice to have the pressure off for a bit.
I DID have to set up my queue for my personal tumblr, which involved putting up the next chapter of "Remembering You!" You can read it on FF.net, on AO3, or on my website. Features the return of Dr. Wilson and Victoria! And Victor having more Thirteen moments, poor guy. . . While I was on Weebly, I also figured I'd get Day Two of "A Week of Secundus Christmas" up there -- read or re-read as you will. So that's all set too, yay.
Not much else to say about the day -- work was kinda boring as usual, I had my mini-driving lesson in bringing us to Stop & Shop for chocolate chip cookie ingredients (went largely okay, but I got into the parking space crooked and took the corner to our house waaaay too tight -- really have to watch that curb there!), and now, predictably, there are chocolate chip cookies in the house. This at least is a good thing. :p Right now, though, I have to get to bed. One more day of work, and then the weekend! Which also involves my parents going away overnight, so hey, get the house to myself too! :) I'll take it. Night!
