crossover_chick | Semi-Stressful Thursday

Less me experiencing the stress (though I had to answer the phone a fair bit today and try and transfer people places, which -- given our phones are a bit iffy -- is kind of stressful) and more me just soaking it up from the people around me. The capital campaign and the regular appeal are ramping up now, meaning my supervisor is super-busy, and I had to help another coworker figure out something wrong on the GL (turns out she was just double-inputting one gift), and now the CAP stuff is starting to heat up again. . .it's just a lot of shit happening at once, and it's making everybody tense. Not to mention my mom is having a terrible time with her job and -- yeah, I just want to hide out in the nice realm of comfort fiction for a while.

Fortunately I did get a few key things done:

-->Started the next chapter of "Secundus 2," with the gang talking about Hill Valley vs Burtonsville and wedding dresses (also just realized I nearly put three Chapter 3s in a row because I've been copying and pasting a chapter heading for ease of use -- fixed!)

-->Watched the latest Kubz Scouts Yandere Simulator video (new creepy Easter Egg!)

-->Did my Valice Multiverse queue (nothing too crazy, yay)

-->Got Friday's queue done on VictorLuvsAlice (made a silly "engagement announcement" in Paint because I could)

*nods* So yeah, at least I'm set online for tomorrow. Just gotta answer one last thing in the inbox, and then it's bedtime. Night all! Just one more day. . .
