Okay Enough Day

crossover_chickWork had its moments of stress, as always -- although I no longer have to worry about one task that had fallen by the wayside. The daily confirmation e-mails are not a thing my boss says I need to worry about, especially since one of my coworkers thanks people for their gift in the mail. So yeah, at least that's off my plate. And I'm FINALLY getting a chance at getting rid of all that processing company maintenance that's been piling up. Having the scanning thing right next to me and the ability to search by donor should help a lot. So that's good. Finally getting some shit done! (Not that I wasn't before, but this has been sitting on my plate for a bit, and it feels good to finally DO something about it.)
YouTube was fairly low-key today -- no new Helloween set, so I watched a "Fun With Shorts" about gossiping (usual shrill nonsense, though it was interesting to see how this one actress for Centron always got pigeonholed as the villain, basically), an OXtra list about stealth attacks that were anything but stealthy (hilarious how LOUD "stealth" can be!), and an OXBox list about ways the upcoming Call of Cthulhu video game will muck with your head (in all the BEST ways, oh Helloween please play this). All good stuff. Even if it makes me want to rewatch Helloween's revisit of the first COC game. . .research for my "Lovecraft Jazz" AU? ^^; (An AU which puts Victor, Victoria, Alice, Lizzie, Emily, and Bonejangles all in Innsmouth -- you can read about it on my tumblr here.)
Anyway -- got a bit more of my queue done for VictorLuvsAlice, reblogged the first piece of fanart from the nice reviewer, posted the final review on my friend Bees's fic (only took me HOW many months?), and am about to answer my two DW comments before going to bed. Two more days to get through this week! . . .And then I probably have to do my taxes on Saturday. *huff* Well, better to get 'em done than not. Hopefully they won't be too complicated. . . Anyway, night all!
