Not darn near perfect like yesterday -- it was a little cooler, significantly windier, and on-and-off cloudy (with a few sprinkles here and there) -- but I again got out for both lunchtime and afternoon walks, and didn't need my coat in the afternoon, so hooray there! Definitely nice to get in the extra exercise after a busy day at work -- lots of people calling us about the latest mailing, juggling e-mails and reversals and all sorts of other requests. . .and having to keep a log of all of it because that's what our new boss asked us to do at our staff meeting today. *sigh* Well, I got pretty much everything done before heading out, and traffic was actually decent coming home, so -- not the worst day, but it could have been better. Meh.

Evening's been pretty decent, though:

-->After walk, shower, and supper, and some fooling around on TV Tropes, got the last bit of "Secundus 2" Chapter 5 edited! :D Nice to have that in the can -- and sometimes, it's fun writing the villains. Especially the mix of personalities on display here. XD Nothing like two Tannens arguing while Barkis stands around going "Lord give me strength." XD Now to finally bring Clara into the mix!

-->Watched a couple of Sims-related videos -- first up, Lilsimsie going on about how Sims in Sims 4 are kinda boring. Which, yeah, has been a common complaint among the Simming set recently -- the fact that the Sims only get 3 personality traits (plus a bonus trait from their first aspiration) and none of said traits really affect gameplay THAT strongly is not great, I'm not gonna lie. I can fill in most of the gaps for my Sims myself because they're mostly fandom Sims and their personalities live in my head, but I imagine it gets way more annoying for some people. And even I think Sims should have proper favorites and whatnot. Let me specify my Victor Sims love classic music, and my Alice Sims love cake. XD

The other was James picking his choices for the build/buy items in the upcoming knitting-themed stuff pack. He wasn't impressed with how the voting was set up on surveymonkey (it involves a LOT of scrolling up and down, I will say that), but he managed to pick a bunch of favorites in the end. Went for a lot of more standard-looking furniture and stuff to use in his houses, no surprise there. And all the hanging plants. XD We both chose the little knitted Grim toy to add to the pack, though! :D I really hope that makes it in -- it's hilarious, adorable, and -- as a toy -- interactable! I just want this pack to be good in general -- at least it's staying more on-theme than the Laundry one! (Which, I may remind you, started out as eco-living. . .on the other hand, I use laundry a lot in my Sims' lives these days, so jokes on me I guess.)

-->Got my Sims 4 Newcrest Adventures posts all sorted on my Victor Luvs Alice queue, yay~ And then got my Valice Multiverse queue sorted as well, double yay~ Always good to be on top of those. . .

And now it's time to start packing up and getting ready for bed. Two more days of work to go. . .and I've got to get through them with my newly-arrived period, soooo. . . *sigh* Well, just gotta power through it -- done it before, can do it again. *nods* Night!
