Very Gray(StillPlays) Sunday

crossover_chickAgain, laid out a to-do list, and managed to accomplish everything on it, despite, again, lazing around reading TV Tropes and poking at random sites until noon:
GrayStillPlays: Caught up on a bunch of his videos this afternoon -- I shall spare you the full listing, but we had some fun making strange and terrible species in Species (Gray made unkillable monstrosities with 100,000,000X gravity and no oxygen in air or sea, respectively), braving the apocalypse with cannibals and working to get kidnapped by a hot gang boss in Episode (no, seriously -- game is FREAKING WEIRD, man), and answering a creepy questionnaire in Horrorscope (where Gray learned a demon in his dreams is going to try and steal his soul and promptly blamed it all on his wife's cat XD). Plus charging people 100% taxes in a city simulator (repeatedly -- he'd put them down to lure in new people and buy more buildings, then put them back up to rake in the profit. Capitalism at its finest!). Good times, good times! :D
Fallout 4: Played that this afternoon -- unfortunately, Oberland Station getting attacked by Super Mutants was set in stone this save file. *sigh* FORTUNATELY, I actually managed to kill the damn fuckers -- and even saved the settler who was fighting them! She was actually holding her own against one of them for a change! But yeah, that was a hell of a fight, and cemented my hatred of Super Mutants (as it did for Victor). Yes, I know one is a companion, I don't like him either. Dumped Strong as soon as I didn't need him to fight Mirelurk Queens. Ugh. . .
Anyway, with THAT finally out of the way, I could actually progress Ada's storyline (after picking up another level of the "Lifegiver" perk, which just plain old gives me extra health, yay). We explored the General Atomics Factory together and exploded a bunch of robots with my alien beam gun and my focused incendiary laser rifle. We now have a tracking beacon from the Mechanist picked up from one of his bots, and we've gone back to the Red Rocket to build a robot crafting station to attach it to Ada. Had to fight off a surprise attack from some raider group calling themselves the "Devils" first, though -- luckily, Dogmeat lives at the Red Rocket when I don't have him as a companion, and he was a good helpful boy. :) I need to take him on as a companion again for a few trips. Anyway, parked there for the moment -- actually intend to let poor Victor get some shut-eye before building robot benches and installing parts and whatnot. He could use the sleep, and it'll be increased XP for a little while.
Linkara: Watched the latest episode tonight -- a crossover between the Justice League and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers! Which was -- really good, honestly. Good art, nice story, great action -- the works. Always nice to see Patreon bring a good comic onto the show every once in a while. :) And we're getting an interesting episode soon -- apparently Peter Parker making ANOTHER deal with the devil. Wonder what the context for that one was. . .
And additionally, started Chapter 6 of "Secundus 2!" Have gotten through the group enjoying their picnic (with Doc playing the part of heavily armed guard) and up to the point where they first hear Clara. Rescue coming up! :) Though this one will be a little while before you see it -- 17 pages before major edits, so it's definitely not gonna be ready the weekend after next. Ah well, you got five chapters right in a row -- not bad, right? :)
Okay, time to answer the last stuff on my Valice Multiverse tumblr and in my inbox, then hit the sheets. So far, looking like a normal work day tomorrow. . .though we'll see if that lasts. All the schools in RI have shut down for the week, and a bunch of libraries and such have followed suit. . .if nothing else, I guess traffic is guaranteed to be pretty darn good! *sigh* Just gotta keep washing my hands. . . Night all!
