Well, for coronavirus -- obviously last Friday I had at home too, thanks to a vacation day. And now I'm looking at even more time off. . .at least I have plenty of YouTube, video games, and other activities to keep myself occupied! Just taking it day by day. . .

And today wasn't too bad, I have to say! Got a fair bit done, including:

-->Getting into my work e-mail twice, checking it over, and forwarding/answering what I needed to (this is basically what was asked of us while we were at home on weekdays, so go me)

-->Watching a bunch of cutscenes from the Jack The Ripper DLC for Assassin's Creed Syndicate -- a friend shared the compilation with me because it relates to our Friday Night Writing thing, and I've had it in the Watch Later for a while. Intense stuff, I gotta say!

-->Watching episode three of "Vein Pursuit!" Yeah, gonna have plenty of time for that for a change! The gang is back on the road, and while Kevin has been let loose, Taylor has been -- onboarded, as Camellia the super-neat Malkavian would put it. :p Most of the episode dealt with the gang catching up on their feeding (Veronica FINALLY found an acceptable person to drink from, while Meyer just straight-up murdered a dude yelling at his employees over the phone in defense of the "little guy"), and Taylor's "onboarding" (Della apparently hates the use of "ghoul" as a verb -- and also Veronica; the feeling is mutual and I think it's gonna result in fun drama later on). Sometimes the sessions are a little hard to understand, with people talking over each other and having no sense of geography (I think like one person in this group is from the US, admittedly, so -- plus it's not like I know the route from Los Angeles to Seattle any better either), but it's still a fun story, and I'm looking forward to catching up on the rest of it! (And hey, this time I managed to get through it with only a couple of minor breaks, including one popcorn break.)

-->Playing Bloodlines itself -- I am through the Bach boss fight and into the Hallowbrook Hotel! The Bach fight didn't go well when I was trying to shoot him while he was shooting me -- but on my second try, when I activated Obfuscate and managed to lure him down into melee range. . .yeah, that went a lot better. Obfuscate is definitely the best discipline. XD Vision of Death remains helpful, though Bach proved to be immune to just dying from it -- still, dealt good damage, and served as a nice distraction while I delivered the final blow! :) There were also some issues with rescuing the good professor -- namely, getting him into the right position so he'll properly follow you when you run for the boat. Making sure he WAS following me got me killed the first time -- fortunately, a straight run to the boat succeeded the second time, w000. AND I got LaCroix to pay me $300 to tell him about the key to the sarcophagus. AND I was able to give Beckett the book on vampires I found in the Society of Leopold, which makes me happy. :D So now I just have to go commit copious amounts of vampire murder on the Sabbat, which -- hey, I am ready to do. (I hope, anyway. . .)

-->Writing up my notes on the playsession for "Londerland Bloodlines," with the special Alice-specific happenings of Ash helping rescue Alice and Johansen with his Celerity, and Alice trying to get help from everyone and anyone because the Sabbat KIDNAPPED Lizzie and Victoria, please. . .and everyone turning her down until she finally accidentally runs into Bertram and VV. This is gonna be fun. . . >:D And hey, I'm almost up to Trick or Treatment in the actual story, so that's nice too.

-->Watching a trio of GrayStillPlays:

A) Gamer Store Simulator, in which Gray cheesed the system by earning a ton of money via online gambling -- which is good, because actually running the store is glitchy as hell thanks to the placement system for tables and such being messed up (Gray sent a table into space without even trying XD)

B) Relentless, in which Gray happily heartlessly made money trading on the stock market, closing plants, and shortening the viable life of many many products, having his character retire to a private island with millions while the rest of the world burned because of her actions. Basically a perfect Gray Still Plays!

C) The latest Sims 4 experiment, which was the gradual addition of Sims to an opulent (read: tacky) mansion, until there were 100 -- and only ONE toilet on the roof. All the others were replaced with FULL LIQUOR BARS. In a fascinating turn of events, Florida Man was actually the first to kack it today, while a new random Sim who looked eeriely like Hillary Clinton managed to survive all the way to the end. We also had a new favorite random Sim, a guy with purple-striped dreads in a palm tree belly-shirt and floral pants. XD Plus a Florida Woman! I really hope he managed to save some of these randomized idiots for later challenges. I want to see them again, damn it.

-->Got my Valice Multiverse queue sorted, w000 -- again, not a ton there, but it's all good to go for tomorrow, yay~

And now it's time for Friday Night Writing Thing (after a quick bathroom break), so I'm off! Tomorrow's itinerary -- a room clean, catching up on Linkara and OXBox, Fallout 4, next chapter of "Secundus 2" up on AO3. *nods* Night all!
