Happy Birthday Victor! And Marty Too!

crossover_chickI haven't really had much of a chance to celebrate -- work day and all -- but I did manage to fit in:

-->Writing up more stuff for my Sole Survivor Victor for future entries on my Victor Luvs Alice tumblr
-->Looking up some Victor fanart on devART
-->Getting a silly pic with my dollies XD Yes, that is a peanut-butter-cookie ice cream sandwich with chocolate ice cream. Yes, it was good to eat. :)
So that was all nice, at least. And I should be able to get ONE Victor clip in before bed. (Sorry, Marty, you are getting a bit neglected here. . .really shows where my fandom priorities lie these days, huh?)
Anyway -- I'm definitely running short on time here, so let's try to sum up the rest of the day as quickly as possible, okie-dokie?
-->Work was pretty quiet -- spent most of it going through exceptions to clear up what I could, answering a few phone calls, and doing a couple of batches. Slow and steady wins the race!
-->Had another day of doing the beanbag game -- Mom made up some fresh beanbags that are less likely to fall apart, yay. And I did SHOCKINGLY WELL with them -- I actually WON the first game! And nearly won the second -- Dad just got some good throws at the very end to pick up 21 first. But yeah, something about these new ones just clicked with me, and I found myself getting bags in the holes left-right-and-center. It was very satisfying. :)
-->I did get some working out in despite that -- some ab and back exercises. Better than nothing!
-->Did some more on Chapter 8 of "Secundus" -- Strickland has rounded up the Tannens, but Victor and company are starting to feel less than welcome at the festival now. Time to pack up and head home, sadly. . .at least Doc's going off with Clara, which is nice. But there's a few questions to ask before they leave. . .and a villain POV section to write. Heh heh heh. . .

A) Minecraft Dungeons – Top-down Minecraft-themed slash-em-up adventure time! :D To defeat the Arch-Illager and his Cube of Domination – or possibly join forces with him, knowing Kevin. XD But for the moment he's killing the bad guys with exploding arrows – when he's not running away from them with his boots of swiftness. :p He seemed to have quite the good time, honestly – I'm hoping we see a bit more of this in the future! Or, at least, see him try to recreate some of it in Minecraft proper.
B) More Family Man – Kevin has found the jobs board that lets you do hits! And dodgy deliveries too. XD He also found somebody's porn stash treasure-hunting, screwed over an old colleague by turning his giant sign from saying BURT (his name) to FECK, and got into a fight with some dudes on the beach to help an influencer there. Also there's a cannibal killer on the loose and he has to collect body parts from the beach. XD This game – it's, uh, interesting. And probably all the more so because Kevin has completely bottomed out his karma. XD
C) Ghost Master – a game where you coordinate a team of ghosts to terrify various people and force them to flee their dwelling in terror. Kevin, as you might imagine, loved it. XD Especially since one of the ghosts looks like Shrek! Or, well, he does a bit in his thumbnail – when you bring him out, he's more of a bald, hook-handy kinda fellow. Who can rip his head open and utterly HORRIFY everyone around him, soooo – there's that. XD But yeah, fun times were had by all but those being haunted. Have fun running into traffic, folks!
D) Ring Fit – a weird workout game where you have to do various exercises with a ring peripheral for your Switch controllers to defeat enemies (including a swole demon). Poor Kevin put it on Extreme for a laugh and started REALLY regretting that about halfway through. It's a pretty intense workout! He had to resort to cheating (aka sitting down) to get through it, poor guy. But hey, he has proven he's got the dab down, which is pretty sweet. (No, really – you know that car accident he had? It actually made it hard for him to raise his arms like that, so seeing him dab is genuinely heartwarming in a weird way. :P)
And now I'm just running around trying to make sure my queues are sorted and I've answered all my various comments. Typical Tuesday night stuff, really. :p Hope you're all doing well! Night all!
