crossover_chickAlso back to the normal routine -- well, sort of. One of my coworkers was out today because her dog needed to visit the vet, so it was rather quieter at work in that regard. Multiple GL problems that needed to be resolved, and little e-mails asking me to look into this and that, but it wasn't too stressful a first day back. I will take that, at least.
Afternoon was pretty quiet too, all things considered:
-->Got in a workout, which is good -- gonna try and keep this up through the week~
-->Wrote some more on "Londerland Bloodlines" -- Alice, via a combination of stealth, throwing random objects, and very careful pickpocketing, has obtained Chunk's keys and is into Gallery Noir! Time to slash some paintings -- and discover what happens when you slash said paintings. Poor girl, she's already had such a busy night. . .
-->Call Me Kevin Marathon! I've had his videos piling up in the Watch Later for a bit now, including:
1. Marvel's Avengers – a recently-released game where you can play as the Avengers! Also this random kid whom I THINK is the young woman who took up Iron Man's mantle in the comics? Kamala? *shrug* At any rate, Kevin didn't have much time for finding comics and saving people being menaced by Task Manager after he showed up to ruin everything (CTRL-ALT-DEL, bitches) – he was here for one thing and one thing only: to play as Shrek! Er, the Hulk. I mean, you know that Kevin's main goal in life is to smash all the things, right? XD And he was only too happy to once he got control of Brucie. . .
2. DIY Simulator – The world's most broken simulator game. It's SUPPOSED to be about making various objects for people (like, uh, electric skateboards! Or – power banks?), but the game is so buggy that it's a wonder if you can actually WALK. The car will roll over at the slightest provocation; the store has almost no items – and once they get packed into a bag, they're gone; and your character makes the CREEPIEST noises, especially when dying. Poor Kevin, he TRIED to play it. . .
3. More FreeSO/Sims Online – Kevin is back, with Gregory the Gent! Who, thanks to the admins, is insanely rich and has maxed skills! Yeah, apparently they like his brand of chaos in the game. XD Kevin promptly decided it was time to build a "charity." You know, the kind of charity where you get free money, but then you have to thank a gold statue in boxer shorts standing behind an altar. . . Yes, he made a cult. Yes, people actually JOINED the cult – hell, the first person he gave money too, Anabel, basically became his personal assistant and kept following him around. XD Everyone seemed to be having a good time too! I vote Gregory either get promoted to Sims 4 status or Tomodachi Life status. Or both!
4. More Bitlife – this time starring "The Seed," whose purpose in life was to make babies! And make babies he did. . .along with becoming an porn star in Ireland and contracting like ALL the STDs. Syphilis, chlamydia, HIV – he got an ACHIEVEMENT for becoming so diseased. And yet despite this he lived to like 83 and was fathering children almost to the end. Kevin may not have thought it a particularly successful life, but I sure do!
5. Among Us – a game about rooting out the impostor among you before they kill everyone else on the ship! Kevin, weirdly enough, was only chosen to be the impostor once, and then only at the very end of the video (and in a game with two other impostors, so it was won pretty easily). The rest of the time, he was the crewmate of Big Chungus, with whom he forged a life-long friendship. XD Or, at the very least, a solid alliance, which he needed given his tendencies to troll and stalk people. As a character named Someone, no less. XD And yet, somehow, he only got ejected from the ship twice, and killed by an impostor once. At the risk of invoking stereotypes, must be luck of the Irish there. XD
-->And I'm currently now working to finish up my queues on Victor Luvs Alice and Valice Multiverse and answer my comments before heading to bed. Ugh, why is my time management constantly a bit shit these days. . .hopefully tomorrow is another halfway-decent day, and I can get a bit more done in the evening! Night all!
