crossover_chickJust. . .one of my coworkers had a dentist appointment, so she was late coming in; there was more "fun" with the GL, including something I couldn't work out; more fun with pledges and how long they're scheduled for; phone calls plaguing me during the latter half of my lunch break (while my coworkers were out on a walk); and getting asked a question by someone wandering our area while on my way out to the parking lot having already gotten out a bit late (wearing a mask and standing just out of touching distance, but STILL). I just -- I was so FRUSTRATED by the time I got into the car, I. . .I dunno. Well, I do know, it's the hormones amplifying my emotions to dangerous levels, but -- yeah.
My post-work afternoon was okay -- I ended up skipping both a workout AND writing because of a lack of time for the former and just no brainpower for the latter. But on the flip side:
-->We played the beanbag game once I got home -- won the first game, then Dad won all the rest. XD And I think Mom came in second every time! So that was fun, at least.
-->I have again wiped out everything in my Watch Later queue:
A) First, some Yandere Simulator stuff from Jay as he explored a few things – such as, can you still go to the stalker's house if you get the task from Osana, but then kidnap her or take her out another way (you cannot), and what happens if you report Osana for something to the guidance counselor right after kidnapping her (the game glitches out in the middle of the "counselor cutscene" and won't continue past the woman asking to speak to Osana, since – Osana's not there). Also, what happens when you poison all of Raibaru's, Osana's, and Senpai's lunches? Raibaru gets stuck in her old "frozen smile" state, Osana dies, and Senpai stumbles off the edge of the room due to his stomach illness and ends up air-walking. It's decently amusing. :P
B) Then over to Call Me Kevin for another few rounds of Among Us! As usual, he has a confusing name (Green, when he's every color but), and he makes a buddy on the server – this time, pepe popo! They ended up hanging out together on an early map, and quickly became best buds. XD And got really, really good at rooting out the impostors too! It was quite cool. Unfortunately, when the room was shut down due to inactivity, Kevin lost his pepe. :( The video ended with him singing a parody of Adele's "Someone Like You," which was both hilarious and heartbreaking. Like, damn, Kev. What a way to break out the pipes.
C) And then finishing up with GrayStillPlays and Karen: An Outrage Simulator! Where one must become the Ultimate Karen by abusing retail store employees in a variety of situations. Features all sorts of fun stuff, including trying to torment the barista at Starcups and demanding the manager – only to discover said barista IS the manager; participating in a Karen Vs Bridezilla battle; getting a glimpse of Karen's backstory after a retail worker asks "who hurt you" (her old boss); and even going meta at the end as she goes after her own game developers! XD It was great, and Gray was very scrupulous about showing us all the various freakouts our Karen could have.
-->Okay, wanted to do SOMETHING writing-wise, so I just worked some more on a meme I filled out for my Sole Survivor!Victor on tumblr, and am now doing for my Malkavian!Alice -- both "Londerland Bloodlines" and the one that would go with SS!Victor. Allows me to say I wrote something, and makes sure I'm ready for queueing for Thursday!
And now it's time to continue answering comments before going to bed. Didn't sleep great last night on top of everything else, so I'm hoping I just kinda pass out tonight. . .and maybe tomorrow will be better. We'll see. Night all!
