Still Pretty Blah
Aug. 19th, 2013 10:01 pmIt's been a pretty bleck day -- my head's a little clearer now, but my nose is still stuffed up, and my throat's sore from coughing. Plus I was rather loopy earlier in the day -- though I'm not sure if that was me or the Dayquil. I'd wanted to get to RPing, but I just don't think I'm at the level I need to be to tackle the number of tags I have. I'm getting there, though -- I was able to do some personal chatting, and properly end my event on
mallowhallow. I just think I need a little more recovery time for actual RP.
So what have I done today? Managed to come up with another possible section for Chapter 15 -- based around the Bumby memory about "hearts having many keys," because I am taking this theme and I am running it into the ground -- and watched Lazy Game Reviewer play all the Sims 1 expansions and am now working on what he's done of Sims 2 and its expansions. It's kind of hilarious, because he apparently sucks at building houses and pretty much REFUSES to tend to their needs. So basically every video is a half-hour of Sim torture, usually ended by some form of death. Not very enlightening as to the features of each EP, but pretty fun to watch. Particularly because he keeps recreating Duke Nukem for his test Sims. XD Making me want to start playing my games again too -- maybe I'll do some of that in the near future.
For now, though, I'm going to finish off his LPs of Sims 2, then get some more napkins to blow my nose with. Ugh.
