Double Damage
Jul. 2nd, 2005 11:28 pmOr, I played two neighborhoods in Sims today. I really wanted to continue the Von Braun saga, but I also wanted to do something with Hill Valley -- I don't know if I'll have the time tomorrow to play, I'm gonna be busy.
-D: With your BTTF marathon, I know.-
That and we have to go get Dad's birthday gift, and I'm gonna see if I can afford Werewolf: The Forsaken. I really want the darned thing.
-J: What if you can't afford it?-
More Lemony Snicket I guess. Anyway, the Von Braun Update will be at
revison_doc -- Emily has grown up and moved out, but not before throwing an excellent graduation party and getting engaged to Sabastian Shaw.
-VD: *grin* How sweet. So just me and Holly in the house now, huh?-
Yup. I'll have you both skill build a little, then send you back home and build up your lot. You'll have to wait in the family bin while I move in the McFlys and Parkers, though.
-VD: Fine with us.-
Anyway, over in Hill Valley, I decided to play the Parker House again. I started on Wednesday -- Jennifer and Robert did some breakfast bonding and played some red hands before Jennifer headed to school. Robert stayed at home, studying cooking via The Yummy Channel and puttering around with a painting. Jennifer came home with a B+, and I had them complete Learning to Study with her homework that day.

Shortly afterward, she and Robert made best friends, pushing them both into platinum status.

After a brief pillowfight, I had Jennifer summon Marty over. Marty brought along Sandy, who played on the swings while Jennifer, Robert, and Marty got to know each other over grilled cheese.
-M: O.o Look at the look on Mr. Parker's face.-
-J: Relax, Dad likes you.-
-M: Doesn't look like that one does.-
Hehe. Marty and Jennifer made friends, and Jennifer got a good start with Sandy as well. Robert also got a call from Brandi LeTourneau. After sending Marty home (and apparently having dreamy thoughts about him):

Jennifer called George, then called it a night. Robert, of course, headed off to work. He came back Thursday morning, exhausted but with a promotion to Cadet. I let him sleep until he had to catch his carpool, while Jennifer was up early and made toaster pastries. Jennifer came home with Ricky that afternoon, and proceeded to make friends over some kicky-bag.

After homework and catching up on fun, Jennifer had Marty over again for some one on one action (Robert was working out to get another promotion). I had them get their friendship up high, then let Jennifer flirt a little with Marty. Behold, a crush is born.
-J2: Awwwwww-
-M2: We have our first kiss yet?-
Not yet, but next time you will.
-M2: Sweet.-
Oh, and here's the Hell Quiz that's circulating:
Tomorrow is the 20th anniversary of BTTF! :D
