crossover_chick | Ahhh, a Day at the Beach

Nothing like relaxing under the umbrella and reading a good book while the ocean breeze wafts over you. :) Especially after a hot day at work.
-DW: I know. *sigh*-
Since I got out on time today, we had a good couple of hours at the beach -- Mom built a frog, and I got an ice-cream. Then, about 4:30 -- BOOM -- fog. I turned around and it was dark as night behind us. For a minute I was worried it was raining. Luckily it was just foggy (and of course, once we got back home, it was bright sunshine again).
-OD: Why were you worried about rain?-
My fan in the window. It's right next to my computer.
-OD: But it's never pulled in rain before.-
I know, but I'm paranoid.

In other news, TeenDoc has caused his first explosion here -- apparently he saw a "spare" Mr. Fusion in the garage and couldn't resist trying to tinker.
-TD: *blush* I just wanted to know how it worked!-
-D: *scolding* That's advanced future technology! You might have seriously hurt yourself.-
-M: Or have gotten covered in garbage, like Doc did when he experimented on it.-
*snrrrk*
-D: *GLARE*-
-M: *sticks out tongue*-
Unfortunately, this means a MAJOR resurgence in the "Boy Genius" TeenDoc miniseries idea.
-H: *grin*-
-VD: *pokes her* She's doing a new VDC next.-
-H: I didn't say she couldn't do that. You know she generally works on two projects at once.-
-M2: Got a point.-
*sigh* Look, I can't --
-OD: Like you couldn't write the OckDocumentary trilogy? *tentacles chitter*-

-VM: Then THAT'S settled.-
