I want:
-->The rest of the printed "Girl Genius" (preferably softcover collection 3 and issues 11-13)
-->Cover cutouts
-->The Brassy/Clear set of Girl Genius goggles
-->Frosting Dingbot eyes
-D: Frosting Dingbot eyes?-
It's in their "Candy and Sweets" section. I have this idea about making sugar cookie dingbots to take into work on Halloween now.
-M: Hey, that's not a bad idea. Run it by your Mom.-
I think I will.
I have told you all that I'm going as Agatha Heterodyne from "Girl Genius" for Halloween, right? Well you know now. I'm going as "Classic Agatha," aka Agatha in her most common outfit so far -- a white high-necked shirt with a green vest and skirt, boots, and a trilobite locket/cameo. And glasses, of course. Here's what we have so far (top down):
Glasses -- Haven't found yet. I'd be willing to use Harry Potter ones, but I'd prefer ones that actually looked like hers.
Trilobite Locket -- Not found but makeable at home.
White Shirt -- Found in a consignment shop -- off-white, but it works.
Green Vest -- Found in a thrift shop -- real leather!
Green Skirt -- Mom's going to sew this for me, we bought the fabric and such at Wal-Mart.
Boots -- Mom has a pair of high lace-up ones, I'll wear them for the day.
It looks like the glasses will be the tough part -- luckily I still have a couple of weeks until Halloween. BTW, guys, how are your costumes coming?
-VD: Pricked ourselves sewing a lot.-
-DW: They're coming along quite well I think.-
That's good, I look forward to seeing you all dressed up.

[livejournal.com profile] revison_doc update -- it's a short one on the McFlys and Parkers. Dave's made Fast Food Manager and is the Overachiever of the bunch.
-M2: I believe it. Linda got a boyfriend yet?-
Nope -- I thought I had a possibility when Dave brought home a kid named Ralph, but it turns out Ralph turns her off completely. I might have her consult with the Gypsy Matchmaker (she'd better pull out a Townie this time, though).
-VM: I dunno if I like Linda being a Romance Sim.-
-VuM: Hey, she does this sort of thing by choice in the good worlds.-
-VM: Even still. . . .-
I might make this version Pleasure-Seeker in college. Hill Valley Linda stays Romance, however -- she'll be my "good" Romance Sim.
-VM: *nodnod* I see. And yeah, you need a good Romance Sim.-
Heh, yeah. Pleasure Sims are more fun, though. :p
Sims 2 patches are out, too -- I'll install the Nightlife one tomorrow after making a fresh Sims backup. Hopefully that'll help with any current or future bug problems (though I've given up on the McFly garbage can thing -- I seriously haven't a CLUE when that disappeared. Good thing for the bottomless trash compactor). Unfortunately, I may be stuck with a diploma glitch -- when I checked the diplomas in Nightlife, one diploma copied over the other -- for example, Holly Handlen now has two diplomas.
-TD: Awww.-
Well, it's not a big thing with me -- both are still there, and their main purpose is to look pretty -- but the patch claims it can't fix diplomas from houses you've already played. What, were we supposed to wait? I'll take the glitch and play my families.

Okay, off to do some writing and editing, and maybe a bit of inking on "Warsies." OckDoc's poking me again.
-OD: It's not as hard as before, I promise.-
