Hey, A New Ten Characters Meme!
Feb. 20th, 2009 11:52 pmGrabbed this one straight from
fandom_memes. And it is really a new one, so have fun!
1. Alice Liddell
2. Marty McFly
3. Victor Van Dort
4. Doc Brown
5. Agatha Heterodyne
6. The Queen of Hearts
7. Mrs. Plum
8. Gilgamesh Wulfenbach
9. The Mad Hatter
10. Clara Clayton
1.) #3 and #4 are at a sporting event and get caught on the jumbo screen for everybody to see them, what are they doing at the moment? How does each react to be filmed?
Victor and Doc are at a sporting event, hmm? I imagine Doc has taken Victor to a baseball game – help explain modern American culture to him. Doc will probably be explaining everything to Victor when they end up on the screen. Doc would probably look surprised, but wave to the camera, while Victor would probably have a minor freak-out and spill his popcorn everywhere.
2.) #2 has one extra ticket to concert, who will s/he invite #6 or #9? How does the one not picked feel?
Marty has an extra ticket to a concert, and he has to choose between The Queen of Hearts and the Mad Hatter? The tentacle monster or the insane technological hat-maker. How nice. Marty would go with Hatter, though -- he's best friends with Doc, so he knows how to handle mad scientists better than evil tentacle things. The Queen of Hearts would sulk and order him beheaded, as she does. Whether or not he ends up beheaded is up to Alice.
3.) #5 how do they like their eggs cooked? And what item must they have with their breakfast?
Agatha Heterodyne? Hmm, I'm afraid to say for fear it's been mentioned in the comic. I'm going to say over easy or fried. As for what she must have with breakfast, probably a handy death ray to keep away any monstrosities or evil villagers or whatnot harassing her this week. She also likes cheese. :p
4.) #6 and #1 were set up on a blind date, how does it go? Was it a love connection?
The Queen of Hearts and Alice --
*HYSTERICAL LAUGHTER*
Okay, whoever set THAT particular date up was a total idiot! I imagine they'd spend most of their "date" trying to kill each other! Not to mention the creepy fact that the Queen IS Alice -- her worst side, anyway. . . .
5.) #9 tries out for American Idol (or whatever country they are from) how does the audition go?
The Mad Hatter tries out for Wonderland Idol. Sorry, Richard, but I don't think you're making the final cut. The voice they used didn't seem like a good one for singing. But, given that he's turned himself into a robot, you never know! If he sticks a phonograph in himself, he might win.
6.) #2, #8, and #10 form a Superhero group, what do they call this group?
Marty, Gilgamesh, and Clara form a superhero group. Hmm -- we've got the musician, the Spark, and the astronomer. And the musician and the astronomer are also time-travelers. I'm guessing this would be a science-based group then. Perhaps the Mad Science League? Mad Science and Minions League to be more inclusive? (Kind of like that, honestly. . . .)
7.) #7 is asked to give a two sentence speech to be broadcast live around the world about a social issue important to them, what is said in the speech?
Mrs. Plum is asked to give a two-sentence speech? Well, given that she's the chef for the Ball and Socket, it would probably be about food. . . .
"I know of a perfect way to solve this hunger problem some of you seem to be having! Back home we often use bits of ourselves for cooking. . . ."
*puts on "The Worst Pies In London"* Incidentally, the pages in my Corpse Bride Making-Of book showing the illustrations some guy made of the kitchen staff cooking? FUCKING CREEPY.
8.) #1 and #5 are taking a road trip together. Where are they going? Who asks for directions when are lost? How do they get along throughout the trip?
Alice and Agatha are taking a road trip together. I imagine they're going to explore new parts of Wonderland together, working to rid the land of what remains of the monsters. Agatha was the one who asked for directions when she was lost with Krosp, so she'd be the one to do it now. And I imagine they'd get along pretty well -- Agatha would be fascinated by Alice's toys, while Alice would appreciate Agatha's dingbots and deathrays. I can see them sharing a nice cup of tea together, honestly.
9.) #8, #7, and #3 just won the lottery! How will they split the winnings? What does each do with their share?
Gil, Mrs. Plum, and Victor just won the lottery! I imagine Mrs. Plum would insist Gil and Victor take the majority of the winnings, given that she's dead and doesn't really need money. And Victor would probably give Gil a larger share, just because he's too shy and overly polite to ask for more. Gil would spend his on lab equipment, Victor on art supplies and maybe some books on entomology, and Mrs. Plum -- perhaps some new kitchen utensils?
10.) #4 and #10 are competing in a duel to the death. What type of weapons do they use? Who wins? And what made them duel in the first place?
Doc and Clara --
Bzuhwhu?
Um, okay -- I can see Doc with his telescopic rifle, and Clara -- I'm not sure. She only kicked Buford and slapped Doc. I'd give her a club, but Doc has a gun, so let's give her a revolver. Even with that, I'm sure Doc's the more experienced of the two -- plus his gun can shoot the fleas off a dog's back at fifty yards -- so Doc wins. As for the cause of the duel:
Clara: "I understand that because you know I'm partial to the works of Jules Verne, you concocted that excuse to take advantage of me!" *slaps Doc*
Doc: "I -- I don't have to take this! Pistols at dawn!"
Clara: "Fine!" *beat* "What??"
Actually, that might have been funny. . . .
