This is a meme I've basically put together using questions from memes I've seen on LJ and tumblr, mostly. I combined/eliminated duplicates, of course, and even added a question of my own here and there (would you believe none of the ones I found asked when your character's birthday is?). Anyway, at least one person wanted to see it, so here it is:

1. What’s your character’s full name? Is there a story behind it (either in-character or out-of-character)?
2. What is your character’s birthday (or closest equivalent)?
3. What are your character’s most prominent physical features?
4. Does your character have any physical abnormalities? (Both visible and not, including injuries/disabilities, long-term illnesses, food-intolerances, etc.)
5. Name one scar your character has, and tell us where it came from. If they don’t have any, is there a reason?
6. Describe your character’s hands. Are they small, long, calloused, smooth, stubby?
7. How does your character smell? Do they wear perfume or cologne?
8. How vain is your character? Do they find themselves attractive? Do they wear make-up for any reason?
9. How does your character react to temperature changes such as extreme heat and cold?
10. Where in their body do they keep stress or tension?
11. Do they exercise, and if so, what do they do? How often?
12. What are their personal hygiene habits? Do they have any particular hygiene rituals?
13. What are they like when they get sick? Do they have a particular system (ears, lungs, etc) that illness gravitates to? Do they have any allergies or chronic conditions?
14. Did your character suffer from any major childhood illnesses? If not, is there an interesting story attached to any minor illnesses?
15. How do they react to being physically injured or undergoing medical treatment?
16. Is this person afraid of dying? Why or why not?
17. What would your character kill for? What would they die for?
18. What would they refuse to do under any circumstances? Why?
19. Are they more analytical or more emotional in their decision-making?
20. Do they express their thoughts through words or deeds?
21. What is their greatest strength/virtue?
22. What is their greatest flaw/vice?
23. Do they have any bad habits?
24. How well do they take criticism? How do they react to others noticing their flaws?
25. Do they have any pet peeves or petty dislikes, and how do they react to encountering them?
26. What would be their reaction to a sudden extrapersonal disaster? (e.g. The house is on fire! What do they do?)
27. What would be their reaction to a sudden intrapersonal disaster? (e.g. close family member suddenly dies)
28. Does your character have any irrational fears? Do they have any neuroses?
29. What makes them feel guilty?
30. What’s their biggest fear?
31. What’s their biggest regret?
32. Is there one event or happening your character would like to erase from their past? Why?
33. What makes them feel safe or secure? What makes them feel insecure or unsafe? What’s their biggest insecurity?
34. What do they do when they need comfort? Do they seek out a person, a food, an activity, etc?
35. What recharges them when they’re feeling drained?
36. What makes them laugh?
37. What is their fondest memory?
38. What is their worst memory?
39. What do they believe makes a successful life?
40. As a child, what did they want to be when they grew up? Did they realize their dream?
41. Can you define a turning point in your character’s life? Multiples are acceptable.
42. Do they have any plans for the future? Any contingency plans if things don’t work out?
43. What’s their biggest fantasy – their “in a perfect world I’ll achieve this” goal?
44. What are their religious views?
45. What are their views on the occult? What superstitions do they hold?
46. What are their thoughts on privacy? Are they a private person, or are they prone to ‘TMI’?
47. What are their best kept secrets?
48. What does your character’s bed look like when he/she wakes up? Are the covers off on one side of the bed, are they all curled around a pillow, sprawled everywhere? In what position might they sleep?
49. Is your character an early morning bird or a night owl?
50. What do they think about before falling asleep at night?
51. What sort of dreams do they typically have? Do they remember them?
52. What does their bedroom look like? How is it arranged and decorated?
53. What’s your character’s desk/workspace look like?
54. How organized are they? How does this organization/disorganization manifest in their everyday life?
55. What do they think about where they currently live? If they could move elsewhere, would they?
56. Do they like to travel? How do they pack and prepare?
57. What’s your character’s favored method of transportation?
58. What is their most prized possession? What are their thoughts on material possessions in general?
59. What is a gift that they have received that was especially touching or significant?
60. How is your character with technology? Super savvy, or way behind the times?
61. What sort of clothing does your character typically wear? Do they have any special dressing rituals? What’s their favorite outfit?
62. What’s your character’s favorite color? What’s their least-favorite color?
63. What’s your character’s favorite flower?
64. What’s your character’s favorite season?
65. What kind of weather makes them happy, and what kind makes them sad?
66. What’s your character’s favorite holiday?
67. What is their favorite texture?
68. What is their favorite genre of music? What is their favorite song or piece?
69. What is their favorite genre of literature? What is their favorite book? (Add/substitute “film” and “movie” as applicable.)
70. What is your character’s favorite food (comfort or otherwise)? What is their most-hated food?
71. What are your character’s favorite beverages (hot and cold)?
72. What is your character’s typical diet (healthy, poor, limited, varied)? How much do they usually eat, and how often? Provide a sample daily menu if you wish.
73. Is your character a good cook? What’s their favorite recipe, whether they’re good or not? (Microwave mac-and-cheese applies.)
74. What would they do if they needed to make dinner but the kitchen was busy? Does your character enjoy eating out?
75. Does your character use any drugs, legal or illegal? (Examples: Do they drink anything with caffeine? Do they smoke marijuana?)
76. What are they like when they are drunk?
77. What is their favorite indulgence or luxury? How do they feel about indulging in general?
78. What’s their favorite way to waste time – or do they make sure they never have any time to waste?
79. Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?
80. Does your character have any hobbies?
81. Is there one subject of study that they excel at? Or do they even care about intellectual pursuits at all?
82. How far did they get in formal education? What are their views on formal education vs self-education?
83. What languages do they speak? Do they have any idiosyncrasies or identifiable patterns of speech, word usages, etc?
84. Do they sing or play any musical instruments, even if just for fun? How well?
85. What or who was were their most significant influence? Expound.
86. Describe your character’s relationship with their mother or their father, or both. Was it good? Bad? Were they spoiled rotten, ignored? Do they still get along now, or no?
87. Are there any blood relatives that your character is particularly close with, besides the immediate ones? (Cousins, uncles, aunts, grandfathers, et cetera.) Are there any others that your character practically considers a blood relative?
88. Who did they look up to the most as a child? Who do they look up to as an adult?
89. What is their concept of home and family?
90. Who does your character trust?
91. Who do they see as their best friend? Their worst enemy?
92. Who is the most important person in their life?
93. How misanthropic are they? Would you say that they have a superiority complex? Inferiority complex? Neither?
94. What’s your character’s sexual orientation? How might they rank on the Kinsey Scale? What are their thoughts on sexual orientation in general?
95. What are their turn-ons and turn-offs, if any?
96. How do they express love?
97. Who or what is your character’s ideal romantic partner?
98. What is their current relationship status?
99. What are their thoughts on marriage? Would he/she ever want to get married?
100. When and what was their last sexual experience?
101. Do they have any particular sexual rituals or quirks in bed?
102. Do they have children? Do they want children? What names would they choose?
103. If this person were to get into a fist fight, what would their fighting style be like?
104. What is their weapon of choice, and what weapon do they dislike using the most?
105. What is your character’s most immediate short term goal (something they’d like to accomplish within the next week or so)?
106. Does your character have any daily rituals (not concerning hygiene or dress)?
107. Is there an animal you equate with your character?
108. What would your character’s cutie mark be? (In non-MLP:FiM language, what’s their special talent?)
109. If your character could time travel, where would they go?
110. What would be their last thought before dying, most likely?
111. Pick two songs that describe your character at two different points of their life, and explain why you chose them.
112. If your character’s life was a genre of literature or film, what would it be?
113. And finally: Write a letter to your character, from yourself.
